We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through our live chat platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that LifeScience Technologies is known for.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

No prior experience required

Excellent written communication skills.
