We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Natson Hotel Group. This role is essential in supporting our operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of our management services. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in facilitating communication and organization within our growing company.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage office communications, including phone systems and emails.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Support office management by organizing files and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across properties.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Human Resource, preferred
  • Minimum 1+ year HR/Admin/Assistant related work experience
  • Computer Knowledge/Skills: MS Office, HRIS, Payroll, Time Tracking, Applicant Tracking, and other HR related systems.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Experience with phone systems and customer support is beneficial.
