Help Desk Technician (Remote)

SimplyWell Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Help Desk Technician to support inbound tickets and phone calls in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting end-users with IT-related problems, and ensuring the stability of healthcare systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude, capable of handling Tier 2 service requests and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring courteous, timely, and effective resolution.
  • Prioritize and manage incidents, alerts, and service requests based on defined SLAs.
  • Provide remote technical support for Windows 10/11 workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, and healthcare software.
  • Troubleshoot and support networking issues, including WAN/LAN/WLAN, VPN, and firewall configurations. Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and SonicWALL is a plus.
  • Assist with the implementation and support of remote access solutions such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
