The associate will also manage digital patient records, process insurance verifications, and provide general administrative support to healthcare staff. As the first point of contact, the Remote Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.
  • Warmly greet patients and visitors via phone, email, or virtual chat with professionalism and compassion.
  • Provide detailed information about SimplyWell Health Services, including available treatments, wellness programs, and appointment scheduling.
  • Promptly and courteously handle patient inquiries, concerns, and requests through digital communication channels.
  • Assist with virtual patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation and a seamless experience.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments through the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Verify insurance details and process patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage patient records, forms, and medical documentation securely.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
