We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and a keen attention to detail. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within the office and facilitating effective communication across departments.
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to executives, providing support in various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to information.
  • Act as the front desk representative when needed, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to facilitate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
