This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are fluent in multiple languages. **Responsibilities:** – Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. – Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues efficiently. – Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and proactively addressing customer needs. – Process and maintain accurate customer information, including data entry and updates. – Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services that align with customer needs. – Demonstrate a high level of phone etiquette and ensure all interactions are respectful and professional. – Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. – Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers. – Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge by attending training sessions, workshops, and meetings. **Qualifications:** – Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish. – Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment. – Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships. – Experience with data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records. – Proven phone etiquette and strong communication skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. – Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges. – High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
