We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee ongoing relationships and service delivery for one or more employer/group accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and healthcare service providers.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for employer/group clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including medical professionals, administrative staff, and pharmacy providers, to address client service needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolution of client concerns.
  • Monitor service performance, provide reports, and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Work closely with the account management team to align on strategic initiatives and client-specific needs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
