- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide information on healthcare services, insurance processes, and patient resources.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records within our system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate healthcare or IT team when necessary.
- Represent SimplyWell Health Services with professionalism and a patient-first approach.
