HealthCare Coordinator
Job Details
We are seeking a Client HealthCare Coordinator to join our incredible existing team helping to realize this mission on a daily basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of our clients’ experience throughout their entire Jukebox journey by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality completion of client cases
- Becoming a domain expert in the processes and rules of our various programs
- Acting as the client’s main point of contact throughout their entire journey, including clinician evaluation, project approval, pre-construction, and construction
- Acting as our clinical partners’ main point of contact on a case level from case submission to completion
- Communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, suppliers, occupational therapists, health plans, state health organizations, and other internal stakeholders, as needed
- Keep detailed records of all cases in the company’s CRM system
- No prior experience is needed
