Social Media Manager

Job Details

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy, manage content creation, and build strong online communities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current social media trends, a passion for content creation, and the ability to analyze performance to optimize growth.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Instagram and Facebook.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, blog posts, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Assist in paid social media advertising campaigns, including content creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Manage social media content calendars to ensure timely and relevant posts.

No prior experience is needed

 

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
