HR/Payroll Administrator

Job Details

Process bi-weekly payroll and related items. Verify time & attendance for bi-weekly payroll. Work with department supervisors regarding time & attendance.

Perform duties related to hiring and set up of new employees.

Run monthly reports.

Coordinate new hire benefits and enter into payroll system. Plan yearly renewal meetings and update all payroll items.

Work in conjunction with HSE regarding new hires, training, accident reporting and safety.

Work with Safety, Supervisors and Employees to promote a good work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be team player and work well with all levels of employees.

Experience with ADP and QB preferred.

5+ years and/or related college degree required. Prefer candidate with experience during COVID-19.

Registered Nurse, MS Experience: 2 years Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Nurse, MS Licenses: RN-NY Certifications: BLS-AHA Previous Teaching Hosp exp.
